We generally achieve a 99% success rate in the recovery of files and folders accidentally deleted. The most important thing you need to remember is as soon as you realise you have deleted a file by accident, stop using the computer immediately and call us. Do not shut down, restart or use the computer as this risks losing the file forever!

Remember

• First of all check what you have lost isn't in the "Recycle Bin".
• Have you accidentally moved the file or folders.
• If you know you have deleted the files, then get in touch ASAP and leave the computer alone.
• Avoid this in the first place by backing up your data.
